Mark Bode, an investor, is CFO and Director of Theia Analytics Group. A seasoned finance executive, Mark has a strong track record in capital strategy, financial operations, and driving corporate growth. His expertise in structuring funding mechanisms, optimizing reporting systems, and guiding organizations through complex transactions directly supports Theia’s mission of delivering innovative, data-driven solutions.

Mark’s leadership includes serving as CFO at Hive/McCann Design and TriFundIT, where he managed capital structures and financial modeling to fuel strategic growth. As co-founder of Lyric Capital Venture Partners, he oversaw successful investments and corporate exits, including an IPO. At Varis Corporation, Mark helped grow the company’s valuation from $7 million to a $100 million acquisition offer, demonstrating his ability to create measurable value.

Mark holds an MBA with honors in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Swarthmore College.
