Sid Abrams is a senior business executive with extensive experience driving growth and performance improvement for public companies, including large-scale transformation initiatives, turn-arounds, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in complex business environments. During his thirty-year consulting career, including a fourteen-year tenure as a Senior Partner at Deloitte, Sid spearheaded the firm’s Global Consulting Corporate Development and Performance & Delivery Excellence functions, playing a key role in implementing growth strategies and risk mitigation initiatives for global corporations.

Now serving as Managing Partner of Mirabelle LLC, Sid provides advisory services in operations, growth strategies, and technology-enabled transformations. As the lead member of Theia’s advisory board, his strategic insight and expertise guide the company in delivering innovative governance and regulatory risk solutions.
